“Bayside Shelter is a charity with one big goal: building Brisbane Bayside’s first women-only crisis shelter. Right now, we’re deep in community engagement, asking women with lived experience to help design the service from the ground up. Sharing those stories is brave, and it deserves to be met with care. With $1000, we’d create 50+ participant care packs filled with toiletries, period products, socks, notebooks, tea and treats. A simple, tangible way to say, “Your voice matters.””
