Cadell Pie-ze Pack Compeition

*Cadell Food Services Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: National Pies Pty Ltd
  2. No entry fee. Purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. Entry open to Australian residents only aged > 18 years and older.
  4. Entry requirements: Buy any National Pies products between 1st January 2024 – 25th January 2024, to go in the running to win one of 3 x prize packs from National Pies. To enter, make a purchase of National Pies from Cadell Echuca Retail Shop, Cadell Echuca Trade branch or Cadell Epping Trade branch.
  5. Competition opens 9am 1st January 2024 and closes 5pm 25th January 2024 (AEDT). After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Winner will be announced 1st of February.
  6. Prize: 3 x Prizes. Each consists of: 3 x Varieties Cartons of Proper Little National Pies & Rolls: 9 x Little Classic Beef Pies 6 Pack, 3 x Little Curried Chicken Pies 6 Pack, 3 x Little Chicken & Camembert 6 Pack, 3 x Little Beef Rolls 6 Pack (i.e, 72 x 60g Pies / Rolls altogether), 1 x esky, 1 x beach bag, 1 x towel, 1 x sunglasses, 1 x hat & 1 x bluetooth speaker.
  7. The winning entry will be chosen at random and one x winner will be decided. The decision is final.
  8. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to choose a new winner. If the winner does not claim their prize within this time frame, their prize will be forfeited, and no cash or other alternative will be given to them.
  9. If requested, winner must provide proof of age before they will be awarded their prize.
  10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  1. The prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  2. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  6. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any marketing and publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  2. A purchase is necessary for this promotion.
  3. Open to Australian residents only aged > 18 years and older.
  4. Requirements: A free $20 Visa E Gift Card will be provided to PFD customers who purchase 3 x cases of National Pies products. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cannot be used in conjunction with the free $50 Visa E Gift Card offer. 1 redemption per invoice and max. 3 redemptions per PFD account between 01/03/2024 – 31/03/2024. Max prize pool value of $7,500. Claims will be accepted in chronological submission order.
  5. A free $50 Visa E Gift Card will be provided to PFD customers who purchase 5 x cases of National Pies products. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.   4. New customer offer: The first 10 x new customers to make any purchase of National Pies products through PFD food services will receive a free National Pies merch pack. Must be a new customer, who has not purchased National Pies products in 12 mnths prior to 01/03/2024. Must make a purchase between 01/03/2024 – 31/03/2024.
  5. Competition opens 1st March 2024 and closes once 10 x National Pies merch packs have been awarded, or 01/03/2024 – 31/03/2024 (AEDT) whichever is soonest. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
